I finally found out more information regarding the Cormany clan from Indiana.
Elkanah Pinkney Cormany married Sara Jemima Hite of Indiana, had at least one son named Harry Ernest Cormany DOB 7/27/1878 in Marshal County, Indiana. Harry later moved to California in 1910 in the Los Angeles Area. When he married Ethel E. Lindfield in January 9, 1923. He was employed as the town Marshall in the city of Inglewood.
He had five children, Fay, Dorie, Isabell, Harry Jr. and Donald.
Donald William Cormany, my natural father, I found during research on the internet, died in Prison in the Florida State Correctional Insitute at Jasper and is buried their. I had not seen him since sometime in the mid 1950's. He stated in his prison information card that he had no living relatives or any children. He had married a third and had two more children. One named Donald William Jr. and a that time, and as far as I know, lived only a few miles from that prison.
