I sure wish I knew the parents of my Janet Carmichael Todd who was most likely in Ballyalbanagh,Ballycor, Antrim in 1790. She and husband Patrick Todd along with four children came to Laurens, SC in between 1795 and 1798. They were devout AR Presbyterians.

I am wondering if the name of their first son, Archibald, came from the Todd or Carmichael lineage.
