Looking for family information on Elin Matilda Carlson born dec 1885 Sweden, emmigrated to Canada around 1900, and married Edward H. Clarke (b. 29 sept 1879 in kingston, ont.) on 5 dec 1905 in winnipeg, manitoba. They had a daughter named Pearl, born Oct 1908. The family lived in winnipeg for another ten years or so, then there was apparently a divorce. Edward Clark is said to have died in the US in a fire in the early 1940's possibly detroit or chicago. I would like to know what happened to these people.
