I am doing research on Carl August Carlson who was born on September 25, 1848 in Gostnngs, Ekebyborna, Ostergotland, Sweden. He died in Bishop, Texas in 1915. He came to America in 1886. His children include: Carl Verner, Anna, Arvid, Jenny, Ellen, August Richard, Oscar, Eric, and Nina.
His parents are Carl Fredrik Larsson and Johanna Johansdotter. I would like to know more about Carl Fredrik and Johanna. Did Carl August Carlson have brothers and sisters?
August Richard Carlson was my father, born in Sweden in 1885 and died in 1973 in Austin, Texas.
Any information is appreciated.
