I'm looking for parents of Axel Ernest Carlson and Anna Louise Olson. Here is the information I have on both:
Axel Ernest Carlson
b: October 1857 in Stockholm, Sweden
d: February 21, 1925 in Chicago, Cook Co., Illinois
burial: Forest Home Cemetery, Forest Park, Cook Co., Illinois
Anna Louise Olson
b: December 1853 in Stockholm, Sweden
d: January 23, 1933 in Chicago, Cook Co., Illinois
burial: Forest Home Cemetery, Forest Park, Cook Co., Illinois
They were married in Sweden abt. 1879. He immigrated to Chicago in 1879. Unable to find immigration for Anna.
They had 8 children:
? Carlson (m) died as an infant in Sweden
? Carlson (?) died as an infant in Sweden
The children below were all born in Chicago, Cook Co., Illinois:
Walter Oswald Carlson m Catherine Murray (had 3 children)
Anna E. Carlson m John Blomstrand (had 5 children)
Grace Carlson m Carl "Elmer" M. Carlson (had 5 children)
Birdie Louise Carlson m 1. Joseph Limoges 2. Russell Johnson (childless - both marriages)
Mabel Augusta Carlson m Wilbert Frank Lambin (had 3 children)
Harry Douglas Carlson m Augusta Minnie Siegler (had 5 children)
I have more information on their descendants, if someone is interested. Just let me know.
According to my grandmother, Axel's father also immigrated to Chicago. He moved to Topeka, Kansas where he remarried and we're assuming he died.
