Deaths 10 August 1898 Daily Star G. Edward CARLL, a former treasurer of Queens county, and one of the most
prominent residents of Flushing, died at his home in Amity street, Flushing, on Tuesday, after a lingering illness. He was seventy years old and was born in New York. He moved to Flushing in the sixties and engaged in the
real estate business. In 1876 Mr. CARLL was elected treasurer of Queens county on the Democratic ticket. He was also the village treasurer of Flushing, and for several years village tax collector. I am not related & have no other info.
