Hi Barbara,
If you are descended from the Carlin family who originally lived in northern Missouri and then near Haskell, OK, I would very much like to correspond with you. You are descended from Thomas Carlin, brother of my great, great grandfather, Asa Carlin. I recently wrote a book about our ancestry (including your line), and we had a Carlin reunion at Monett, Missouri, on Oct. 20. (The one next year will be October 19 at the Monett Pavillion at the Monett Park. There were two descendants of your line at the reunion (Margaret DeWeese and Joan (Carlin) Love. One descendant of Thomas's brother Robert, around 4 desc. of his brother Amos, 3 desc. of his sister Elizabeth, and close to 60 descendants of his brother Asa.
Looking forward to corresponding with you!
Frankie (Carlin) Meyer
