Hi Ken. I'm finally getting back to you....the Carlile family I desend from is William and Sarah. Wm. born Ireland 1755 and came to America 1796...Married Sarah in Ireland...had 8 children - 3 of which were born in Ireland. CAnnot find any info on William's life in Ireland - Siblings or Parents? or where he lived. Wm. & Sarah had a child on the Ocean in 1796 - named her Sarah. James, their son, is my line of descent - he was born in Ireland and 2 yrs. old when they came to America. If I can be of any help to you - let me know...Would appreciate any information you can give me...Thanks. Annie
