Hi Maleina,
Cornwall is in the S. West corner of England but Walter Carley may have moved FROM Cornwall to Co. Wexford. Anyway there is a parish and village called Killurin in Co. Wexford. Seeing you have this info and year of marriage(1802)any of the Irish genealogy services should be able to fill in the rest of the story.
Al the best

Greg Carley
