joyce welbeck and sibella armstrong

hello

i have seen many books and articles stating that joyce welbeck who married john carleton was a cousin of henry VIII's wife catherine.

also i have seen mention in several places that sibella armstrong who married adam de carleton was related to the plantagenets.

can anyone shed light on either of these? i was wondering if this has even been proven, and if so what is the lineage to these royal persons?

thanks
susan at scook7731@yahoo.com
