I am 5th great grandson of Elisha Barton and Jemima Van Kirk. My line comes from his daughter Rhoda and Philup Carkhuff, their son Enoch Philup b. 1803 and Julia Ann Dayley b. 1809, their son Philup Enoch b. 1831 and Mary Elizabeth schomp b. 1833, their son Lorenzo Washington b. 1859 and Mary Adelaide Hunt b. 1860, and their daughter Mary Adelaide Carkhuff and John Frank Peter Miska -who were my grandparents.

Catherine Quick's parents were Jacob Quick Sr b.1714 d. 9/15/1800 married Mary ? d. before 1800 His father was Frans Quick bapt. 11/24/1695 d. 2/1777 married unknown His father was Corneus Quick Married 5/28/1685 to Maria Van Hogtein his father was Jacob Theuniseen Quick Married 3/24/1655 to Neeltze Cornelis. His father was Theunis Thomaszen Quick marrien 3/5/1625 to Beuztgen Jacobus in Holand.
Do you have the name of Elish Barton's (b. 10/5/1729) father? He was a son or grandson of Elish Barton b. (ca)1662 who was the son of Rodger Barton b.(ca.)1628
