Am also interested in Carkhuff,location probably Hunterdon Co. N.J.
Rebecca Ann Carkhuff married James P. Osborn m. Dec. 4 1830, location uncertain, Rebecca Ann Carkhuff d/o Jacob and Catherine Carkhuff;Jacob s/o Henry and Catherine Carkhuff.Source: Osborn Family Bible pub 1848. Haven't too much information as I'm just beginning to research this line. Will gladly exchange information Nancy Willis
