So good to hear from you. The info I do have came from the 1870 census information in Washington Co., Iowa so it looks like we have a link. My grandfather was Rev. Will Carkuff who was born around 1860 (one source shows Ohio and the other Minn) and was the son of Isaac and Elza Carkuff. Will and his wife Hattie had eight children (1 died in childhood). Hattie was born Dec. 16, 1873 in Washington, Iowa and married on March 15, 1891 in Keota, Iowa to Will. I am a teacher in Missouri and will be gone to Kansas City for training until Sat. will look forward to hearing from you again. Sarah
