Tracy,
I am also looking for this Sallie(Sarah) Carey married to John Waggoner. If you look at the census you will notice a Carey that lived close to them listed as Jordan Carey. This is my ggg-grandfather. I believe Sallie may have either been his aunt or sister. His mother appeared to live in his home so I dont think it was her.
What family relevance do you have to this John and Sallie/Sarah Wagoner? I have been researching the Carey/Cary's of Orange County for years and have yet to determine George's ancestors and believe Kincheon, Jordan, and this Sallie/Sarah Carey could have been his descendents as they are the only Carey/Cary's in Orange County yet to be linked to a Carey/Cary family.
