Hello, My grandmother's name was Gertrude Carey born in Milwaukee, WI in 1912. I have not seen many other postings for this surname in Wisconsin. I believe that Gertrude's parents were Robert J. Carey (born in South Dakota). Robert J.'s mother's name is Bridget though I do not know her maiden name. Gertrude had a brother named Robert G., one named Harold and a sister named Katherine E. Anyone looking for similar please post a reply.
