I am researching my Carey family line and wondered if anyone has any information regarding Thomas Carey who lived in Ireland about 1820. Thomas was the father of Thomas Carey, who married Anne Carney (Karney) Anne and Thomas were married in Stockton on Tees in 1876, and had a large family. Around about 1890 they settled in Mardy in South Wales, although some of their family remained in the North East of England.
