My 7 year old daughter came to me asking about our Carey Family Crest/Coat of Arms/History in general. I have to admit, I am lost!!!!!!! I can find nothing on the internet that rings any bells. Any assistance is greatly appreciated! Ok, here's all that I know, concentrating on the males...

We all hail from North Eastern PA. I cannot seem to find any traces of my great grandfather Seymour Carson Carey. I do know he had passed somewhere around the late 1970's to early 1980's. My brother (born in 1976) recalls our great grandfather showing him his fake leg (lost in the war). My Father also recalls having an Uncle Glen(n) but cannot recall much more.
