John Charles Carey (b 1797) - Parents?

Hello,

I have read all of the past messages about John Careys. My Aunt has been working on Carey Geneology recently and has run into a dead end. I am supposedly a descendent of a John Charles Carey, born in Trenton, NJ in 1797. He later married a Mary Campbel (born 1801) and had several children. I am looking for any info on John Charles.
