Just found this topic today researching some descendants of my Pea/Pie ancestors. Here is what I've gleaned from this thread so far (along with records from Ancestry.com):
Benjamin F. Cardinal (son of Jerome M. T. Cardinal and Catherine M. Courtright), born Mar 1860, Knox Co, IN.
1st m. Oct 15, 1884 - Rebecca A. McCoy (d/o John A. McCoy and Elizabeth), b. 1868, IN
Ben and Rebecca children:
Ella Cardinal, b. Feb 17, 1885, Knox Co, IN
Curtis Cardinal, b. Mar 30, 1887, Knox Co, IN
Bert B. Cardinal, b. Mar 1893, Knox Co, IN
Murl Cardinal, b. Dec 8 1896, Knox Co, IN
2nd m. 1901 - Lilley Berry, b. 1873, Indiana
Ben and Lilley children:
Unknown Cardinal (infant), b. Aug 14 1905, Knox Co, IN
Pauline Cardinal, b. 1910, Knox Co, IN
Can the actual descendants of Benjamin Cardinal post more information on the children of Ben? I would like to add as much info as I can to our genealogy file I've been compiling now for over a year.
Who did Ella, Curtis, Bert or Murl Cardinal marry? Did Pauline Cardinal marry? Did Ben and Lilley have other children?

Jerome Cardinal married secondly Catharine Catt, daughter of George Catt and Rebecca Pea. Rebecca is my 4th Great grand Aunt.
