Marie Cardinal was Marie Louise Cardinal, baptized on September 21, 1694 in Montreal, and her parents were Jacques and Claude (Claudia) (Arrive) Cardinal.
She married Nicolas Millet on April 1, 1712 in Montreal. He was baptized on March 26, 1689 and his parents were Jacques and Elisabeth (Hubert) Milet.Nicolas Millet's mother, Elisabeth Hubert, was the widow of Antoine Renault when she married Jacques Millet on February 23, 1688.
Jacques Millet was baptized on March 30, 1667 in Montreal and his parents were Nicolas and Catherine (Lorion) Millet dit Beausseron.Nicolas was born in 1632 and he married Catherine on April 9, 1657 in Montreal. She was the 1/2 sister of Renee Lorion, ancestor of Toussaint Dubois (who figures into Cardinal history in Vincennes).
Catherine Lorion was born in 1636 and her parents were Mathurin and Francoise (Morin) Lorion.
Getting back to father of the Nicolas Millet who married our Marie Louise Cardinal, He (Jacques) married Elizabeth Hubert on FEbruary 23, 1688 in Montreal. She was baptized on Nov 12, 1658 and her parents were Nicolas and Marguerite (Landreau) Hubert dit Lacroix (the Hubert dit Lacroix family also figures into Cardinal history).
Elisabeth's first husband, Antoine Renaud, was born in 1648 and his parents were Guillaume and Jeanne (Crepeau) Renaud.
Back to Marie Louise, she made a marriage contract with Etienne Guivremont on April 11, 1736 in Kaskaskia, Illinois. His parents were Jean and Marie Madeleine (charpentire) Guifremont of Champlain.Etienne was the widower of Marie Olivier.
Etienne Guivremont rented land from jacques LaLande on August 18, 1725.
Children of Marie Louise Cardinal:

These are all the children I have listed in material I have with me today. There may be more.
Jacques Millet, son of Marie Louise Cardinal, signed a marriage contract with Jeanne Poitier on October 2, 1740 at Fort Chartres. The contract was registered in the Superior Council chamber, Louisiana, on the 3rd day of the month of Nov 1764.
Signing on the part of Jacques Millet were Etienne Guivremont, his step father, resident of St Philipe of Illinois, and Marie Louise Cardinal, mother of Jacques Millet.A few others signed as well, including relatives.
