their m. records it is only an assumption that they are sisters!
This family MAY be related to that of Zoé Cardin of Clinton Co. NY whose father may
have been named Martial (or Marcel) or J. Cardin [based on witnesses to the wedding &
Bapt. sponsors]. Zoe m. Olivier/Oliver [listed a Exavier on 1860 census with his parents]
