Hello, I am afraid I haven't run across your Etta... I don't mean to doubt your family tradition since, of course!, your Etta may be Cherokee, but her husband's name is surely Fr. as is hers and being from N.Adams she may well be related to the Cradin family I am searching for so you might want to keep open to idea of her being French Canadian rather than Native American... was her family Catholic at the time of Etta's birth? you might try writing to Notre Dame du Sacré Cœur Church, North Adams. MA and ask for Bapt. records...
