Looking for information on Christopher Cardiff I who settled near Seaford, Sussex County, DE from the Bermuda Islands. His son, Christopher II, then migrated to Ohio around 1805. I am looking for information on this family before Bermuda. Family tradition has them as English or Welsh. Time frame is before CCI's death in 1787. Associated surnames are Gordy, Bell, Moore, Shires/Shiles.
