I happened to look up the Cardew name as my GG Grandfather married Annette Ethel Cardew in 1884,as I am sure you know, her parents were:
Frederick Campbell Cared & Annette Hester Cardew
his parents were
Cornelius Cardew & Martha Masters
his parents were
John Hayden Cardew & Anne Pollet
his parents were
Cornelius Cardew DD & Elizabeth Brutton
His parents were
John Cardew & Mary Moore
His Parents were
Thomas cardew & Mary Reynolds
His parents were
Thomas Cardew & Elizabeth Lobb
His parents were
Thomas Cardew & Grace Minaise
His parents were
James Cardew & Mary Moore (again)
His parents were
John Cardew & Elizabeth Worthingall
His parents were
John Cardew & Mary Moore (yet again) 1564

I think this means we are related!!
I have a complete family tree for the Cardews from the earliest above through to my grandfathers time, around the 1900's. It is set out in an exercise book and quite detailed. I see that you are the most posted Cardew and hope this document might be of help to one & all.
