He married Theresa Torr, d/o John Torr (vicar of Westleigh in N Devon) (1803-1835)in 1850 in Barnstaple. I can provide info on the John Torr tree if anyone is interested. One of John Torr's granddaughters, Isette b 1846 or 47 in Westleigh, married an Indian missionary, Mareekjee Horansjee Mody in 1878.
