Thanks for your note. This info. and Nils's have been encouraging to me concerning this particular CARDEN line.
Do you have record of all the children of your John CARDEN who had 4 wives? Did any of these CARDEN's you mention have a history of living in Hillsboro, NC area at any time?
That would be a definite clue to me in the search for the parents of my JAMES CARDEN, b- 1790, NC.
