This hasn't been traced too far forward, onlyback from here to 1615. We are showing a 'son of samuel', named samuel - Born 1811 but burried 1827 but thats all so far on that Branch. However, the names are all common up and elsewhere along the tree.
These were ALL in the UK.
However what I'm trying to find is the link of the Cardens from the UK to the USA. I'm guessing this is why so many Carden references here stop around the 1750's or so. I'm guessing that one or many of this earlier Carden line came to the USA around that time.
Around this time, the Cardens must have been relatively wealthy - at least for some of them to leave wills and a reasonable inheritance. Again, wealthy enough to emigrate and setup in the USA.
