I have found both in my research also. I'm very interested in your book and wonder if my Cardens are in it. Mary Savannah Carden b. about 1854 and Terrel B. Brown b. about 1861 are my g g grandparents. Savannah's parents are John Berry Carden and Mary Ann Sanders. John Berry Carden's parents are Jordan Cardin and Hettie Watson.
