Looking for information on Vardy Carden whose's father was most likely Jordan Carden. Vardy was in the civil war (1st Regiment, MS Infantry) in 1860 he livied in Choctaw County (which became Webster County) Mississippi. He married Mary (maiden name unkown) and had the following children: Eliza J. - Permelia - Andrew - John W. - Rebecca - Laurana and a son M. Van Carden. I would like any background on his mother and father. Also, the maiden name of his wife Mary. Also, any information on some or all his children (excpet M. Van who I got) - except for M. Van's wife's maiden name. Those maiden names are sure pesty. I am trying to help out my cousin who's mother was the daughter of M. Van Carden and her mother didn't know much about the Carden's. She want's to pass the info on to her children. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
