My great grandmother, Cardelia or Cordelia Carden was born around 1905, so it would be around that time frame. So I assume that Commander Perry Masters Carden would have been born in the 1880's or 1870's perhaps. I believe they all lived in West Virginia possibly around or in the Summersville area.
