i really appreciate this.

i was really surprised to see the name of the cemetery where Stonewall is buried. you see there are two Shady Grove cemeteries, not far from where i live. one of them is between Phil Campbell and Hackleburg Al. , that is where most of my Carden / Campbell family from around here are buried, the other one is just out from Double Springs, Al., there are some of my dads family buried there.

i am wondering if this Shady Grove cem. could be the same one where some of my Goforth ancestors could be buried.

i was also surprised that him and his family had lived in Modesto California for a while. i was born in Napa , about 75 miles north of San Francisco.
