Sintha's two daughters from her previous marriage, Caroline was "Puss" and Andra was " Toozy"
Caroline married William Kirkland and Andra married Riley Kirkland, marriage performed by Larklin Carden, who was a Justice of the Peace for 26 yrs.

alot of this info was sent to me by another Carden researcher who found these records in court houses.
also info from "Goodspeed's History of Tennessee" which can be found online.

Stonewall Jackson Carden applied for Indian money through his grandfather Lloyd Henson........i have that application also thanks to Chuck Carden.

Reuben Carden was my 3rd greatgrandfather, his son John who was married 4 times, was my gg-grandfather, his sec. wife Malinda"Molly" Dempsey was my gg-grandmother.

John married 3 of his wives in Murray Co. Ga., the last one in Marion Co. Al.
his father Reuben moved his family from Polk Co. Tn. after the 1850 census and they were listed in the 1860 census from Murray Co. Ga.
