Thomas Croke & Anne Croke (surname Cardell)
b. Ireland, 1834-35 b. 1847 in Ireland
d. June 6, 1902 d. February 22, 1879

(married Fred Meyers – they are the parents of Lena Meyers–James)

Notes : As per 1880 Census. Thomas Croke and Anne Cardell had seven (7) children. I think Ann died giving birth to Eleanor because Anne is not listed in the 1880 census. Anne was buried when she was only 32 yrs in the Old Cathedral Cemetery aka Cathedral. Baby Eleanor was probably born that month as well. Anne was probaby born in 1847 in Ireland. She was interend on February 22, 1879.

The CROKE’s on 11th Street in Philadelphia at the time of the 1880 census. Thomas Croke was 68 yrs old when he died on June 6, 1902 he was intered on June 10, 1902. At the time of the census he was working in a clothing house as per the census. He said he was born in Ireland and that his parents were also born in Ireland.

Thomas Croke died on June 6, 1902. He was living at 3162 Weikel Street in the 25th Ward when he died. He was working as a Tailor at the time of his death.

Maggie- 1867 or 68 - N/A

**Mary b. 1870 d. Feb 11, 1920. She married Frederick Meyers and had several children. Her daughter Lena is my decendant who married Charles James and had Regina, Helen,Mary and Charles James.

William --b. 1871 dies at 10 years old sometime around September 15, 1880. He is buried at the Old Cathedral Cemetery in Philadelphia.

James -- b. 1874 - N/A

Edward—b. 1876 - N/A

Eleanor—b. 1879 - d. Feb. 1889
