I have tried to trace the 'WILLY' as shown in the 1880 and nothing comes aft that census fitting the info...perhaps it is actually L O?
but I feel certain he is a member of this CAPPS family but can't prove it...IN THE CENSUS HE LISTS HIS FATHER AS BORN IN ALABAMA, [EXCEPT IN THE 1900 CEN. WHEN HE IS SHOWN IN THE NEWTON HH IT SHOWS MISSISSIPPI]
I CAN ACCOUNT FOR EVERYONE IT THIS CAPPS FAMILY BUT L O OR THIS WILLY.
