Upon a closer look at my photo of this tombstone I notice that there are 3 numbers that appear to be a 1 that could be a 4. What appears to be Jan. 11 the second 1 could be a 4 which is the death day that has been recorded for years. What appears to be 1819 the second 1 could be a 4 which would be the year that her death has been recorded. In the 16th year of her life the 1 could also possibly be a 4 which would also make the year of her death as has always been accepted. I believe that I must have been mistaken in my original post and the record is correct.
