Darrell, my response in 1999 was about the time I matriculated from Virginia to Arkansas and I lost track of the Caplinger-Ralls communication. I would really be interested in sharing info. Back in the late 1960's I flew with a Jim Ralls in a Navy Patrol squadron. He was from Tennessee but I wasn't "into" grave yardin' at that time. Any relation?
