I am looking for information on a J. C. Caplinger, who's house was damaged in White County, Illinois in the tornado on 18 March 1925. In particular, I am interested in the location of the house. From newspaper reports at the time, his house is listed as damaged, but with no location. As part of an effort to re-assess the 1925 tornado, a group is attempting to identify all locations mentioned in the county newspaper articles.
