Caplinger Family from Hillsboro, OH

I am helping a friend on his grandfather's line. I'm hoping that someone can help us. My friend only knows his grandparent's name and approximate date of death. Here is what I have:

James Caplinger (he belives his middle name was Quinton), d. 1960's, lived in Hillsboro, Highland Co., OH
m. Bertha Mae Cole (who remarried Carl Moore and is buried in KY)

They had a child, Frank Vernon Caplinger, Sr.

I did find a James W. Caplinger who d. 1967 in Hillsboro. I wonder if that is our James Q.? You never know.

Does any of this look familiar? I would appreciate any help you can give. Even the smallest tidbit will make all the difference!
