This is the info I have.....Monroe Caples b. ca. 1871 Miss.(poss. Newton Co.Miss). He was the son of John Caples b. ca.1848 Newton Co. Miss. and Lizzie b. ca. 1846 Ala. John Caples is the son of Samuel Caples and Elizabeth. This family lived in Newton Co. Miss. I have info on Samuel Caples family if this sounds familiar.
