In the census starting in 1910, there is a Frank Jackson listed as "servant" living in the Charles Caples household. He was born in 1908 or 1907, what is the story on that child living there (per the census) up and until his adulthood? The child is white and there is nothing to indicate a family member living at the residence with him.
