My ancestor ,Samuel Caples, b.1779 MD, living 1850 Newton Co.Miss with wife Elizabeth: ch: Mary b.1843; Samuel b.1845;Emily b.1846;John b. 1848; James b.1849; Branson(Brant) b. 1850; Richard Henry (Dick) b.1852; Candassy(Dace) b.1852; Harmon Carolinus(Cooner) b.1854; Joseph b.1856; Sarah b. 1858; Louisa b.1859; Jefferson D.,b.1862; Alfred Burl b. 1863; William b. 1867. We believe him to be the Samuel Caples living in 1830's in Fayette Co. Ala. Need help in connecting him to the Maryland Caples. My line is as follows:
