I believe you are inquiring about Margaret W. McConnen of Ireland who married Timothy Canty, also of Ireland. They are my great-great-great grandparents. The emigrated sometime in mid 1840s to Middlesex, Mass. I haven't been able to find much info at all about them, but can tell you that their son, Andrew's son, Curtis A. was my great-grandfather on my father's side. I'd love to learn more about Timothy and Margaret if you've learned anything.
