Berta Cantu - Brownsville, TX 1903-1996

My grandmother was Berta Cantu and she was born 12/4/1903. She was born in Brownsville, TX and lived in McAllen most of her adult life. I have a copy of her birth certificate and Baptismal record. The birth certificate list REFUGIO ALANIZ as her mother and Refugio was 34 at the time of Berta's birth. Refugio also had 4 children living other than Berta. Refugio birth place is listed as Mexico. The Baptismal record has SANTOS CANTU and REFUGIO ALANIZ listed as parents. Berta was baptized in the Immaculate Conception Church in Brownsville on 5/24/1904. I know that Berta had one full brother, Timoteo Cantu and several half siblings. Their names being: Manuelita, Ciria, Daniel, Ignacio, Fernando & Julio. If any of this sounds familiar please let me know.....this is all that we know about my grandmother side of the family. Any help would be appreciated.
