There are three and a half pages of Taylor's in Dorothy York's 'Dade County Missouri Families before 1880', including:

Willis B. Taylor b 1831 TN, d bef 1870, m. Sarah E. Hoyl (Hoyle), b 28 Sep 1832 TN TN, d 25 Aug 1893, grave Greenfield Cem, d/o Peter D. Hoyl and Mary Carlock. Sarah E. Hoyle md2, 27 Sep 1870, Allen F. Gillespie.

Early Dade Co, MO Settlers
Peter D. Hoyle was b 24 Mar 1807, NC, d 18 Dec 1882, bur Greenfield Cem, Greenfield, Dade Co, MO. Mary Carlock b 17 Dec 1810 d 6 Jan 1898, bur Greeenfield Cem, md Peter abt 1829 McMinn Co, TN. She was the dau. of of Isaac Carlock b 1765 Augusta Co, VA d abt 1855, Dade Co, MO, bur Carlock Cem. Dade Co, MO. He was a descendant of Hanchrist Carlock of Holland and Sarah Whitman of VA.

John W. Taylor b 10 Jul 1797 d 24 Nov 1874, grave Cedarville Cem. (prob. Dade Co, MO)

Olivia Taylor b 28 Apr 1804, St. Mary's Co, MD d 22 Jun 1880 Dade Co, grave Greenfield Cem, Dade Co, MO m. Sep 1880 KY Benjamin R. Ragsdale.
