am hoping that you can help me out with my research. It seems as though this site is mostly American based, so I don't know if you will be able to help.
Unfortunately I have started my research a little too late. My oldest relatives have pasted away, and no one knows about their grand parents or great grand parents. The oldest Cannon I have found is Philip John Cannon. He was born February 28, 1889, in Maynooth, Ontario, Canada. He married Mary Eva Biglow on July 20, 1920, in Cobalt, Ontario.
His parents were James Cannon and Anne Greene, both of Maynooth, Ontario. I don't know anything else about them. This is all that I have about the Cannon's other than Philip Cannon's children and grand children.
I know that this is not much, and it will take one huge miracle to get anywhere with this. If you come across any information that may match, can you please let me know? Thanks you very much.
