names in his will, his family:

Lucy Bailey- daughter- (wife of Jordan Bailey)
John Cole, Jr.-son
Elizabeth Cannon- daughter-- (wife of Richard Cannon)
Mary Hendricks (Kendricks)- daughter (wife of Abel Kendricks)
Nancy Bailey- daughter (wife of Absalom Bailey)
Rebecca Yerby (Irby)- daughter- (wife of John Yerby/Irby)
Witnesses- James Fowler, Joseph Walker, Sarah Baley and Batte Birdsong, J.P.
Pacolet River Baptist Church- members prior to 1790 (1776)
John Cole, Mary Cole and Susannah Bailey by 1765- brought membership from Sandy River Church in Chester co. SC to Pacolet River Baptist Church along the edge of Union and Spartanburg Counties- "Baptists of South Carolina up to 1806" p 206 by Leah Townsend
The record I have says Elizabeth Cole and Richard Cannon moved to Habersham Co. Georgia- and lived there. Mary Cole, her mother, lived in Franklin Georgia, after death of John- I have information on the Cole family back to the Magna Carta- but I don't have information on the children's families. My ancestor was Richard, the oldest son who was executor to his father's will-He married Hannah Armstrong in Union Co. SC. His family migrated to Louisiana- around Caldwell and Winn Parish.
John Cole's father and Mother were Richard Cole and Lydia Hansford Hill of Warwick/Louisa Co. Virginia.
