"...being weak in body..."All just debts be paid within convenient time.To my loving wife the third part of all my moveable estate. To my son William Cannada the plantation on which I now dwell from a new
dividing line on the North side of the plantation to the dividing line on the South side that was laid off for William Martin to him as long as he lives.After his death to Sary Huddleston, the wife of Thomas HuddlestonThe rest of my land to be sold and my wife to have the benefit of the money while she lives and at her disposal at death except 50 acres that I have sold to John Ashwell joining John Ayres and Jacob Uhl. To daughter Mary Carsey five pounds.To daughter Margret Hews five pounds.To mydaughter Jnit Sillivan five pounds.To my daughter Elizabeth Martin five pounds.To my daughter Isabella Key five pounds. To my daughter Sarah Huddleston five pounds. After my decease my estate should be brought to an appraisement and my wife to have her thirds.The balance to be sold to satisfy the legatees as above mentioned.
