Besides the Cann and Lewis names around Digby and Yarmouth County in NS, why not check the phone listings for the other surnames held by your ancestors - Marr and Jay ? Using the phone listings - www.canada411.com - you will find some MARR names in Weymouth, Digby County (tel #'s 837-). There are very few JAY names in NS but I see a few in Annapolis Royal (532-) and a bit north in Bridgetown (665-), both in Annapolis County next to Digby County.

Of course you can look up the LEWIS names in Digby County (245-,467-,638-,837-), Annapolis County (532-584-,665-), and Yarmouth County (742-,749-,761-,649-).
