Hello Albert R Cann: Can you clarify - was Charles born in NS or Lynn, MA ? Charles - or hi father - likely came from Yarmouth County at the tip of NS (nearest to USA). I believe there is a local place called Cann's Corner in Yarmouth County, but don't know exactly where (most likely places are around Pembroke, South Ohio, Hebron [HEE-brun], or around the Carleton/Kemptville area).
