Miles Canipe and Elizabeth Jonas

I'm seeking information on the family of Miles Canipe who married Elizabeth Jonas. Their marriage bond is dated April 28, 1853 in Lincoln County, NC. About all I know is that Elizabeth inherited her father's house and about 99 acres of land in Lincoln County, NC in 1864. I believe Miles was in the Civil War. They probably lived out their lives on the former John Jonas farm (Elizabeth's father) but I would like to know more about their family for my history.
